The Alma tennis team fell 7-1 to perennial power Frankenmuth on Thursday. The Panthers got their loan win at number four doubles, as junior Haley Tessman and sophomore Danette Teed were able to nab a three set victory. The Panthers had a handful of other tight three set matches, but the more experienced Frankenmuth team was able to get the edge in those. Alma will be back in action today when they take on Big Rapids, and they will compete with Caro and Bridgeport next week.
